Aether theory

Classical aethers

Luminiferous aether

-arises as a result of wave theory of light, as light needs a medium and all
-elastic theories on

Electrodynamic aether

-grows following discovery of [lines of force] to explain how forces transmitted, term applied to electrodynamic medium [electromagnetic field] stitched together
-following discovery that dringen waves are fundaments of electricity (Uranescence > ^998e73), electrodynamics need their own aether or else use their own
-its exact relation to lumin. aether is very obscure, a lot of work done to connect the two but to no avail
-then comes Karl Anton Schrader and his Electrodynamic Wave Equation defines well the nature of light, and in an instant optics and electrodynamics are united
-electrodynamic aether and lumin. aether become understood universally as one
-then comes [michelson-morley] experiment which shows classical aether theory as false, Schrader comes up with his Invariance > Electrodynamic invariance by entirely ignoring
-many people refuse to let go, alternate models on aether subject proliferate

Chronospatial aether

-spacetime

-consequence of work of Karl Anton Schrader and his Invariance > Electrodynamic invariance
-enlarged by someone in 1917 who notices adding time to electrodynamic invariance calculations simplifies it
-and who also does not believe there is no aether

-dealt with in its modern form by Invariance > Liang's theory of gravity

Paquet aether

-rise of paquet electrodynamics results in introduction of an idea of a paquet electrodynamic aether as a model for it
